Bixby displaying in ?japanese

My bixby displays in a foreign language, possibly japanese.  I cannot understand it, nor can i change it to english as it is impossible to guess what it says or to find a settings option due to the language issue.  I went to samsung tec support and they said they xant help as its a 3rd party app.  I asked if i could remove it from my phone, but apparently you cant as its part of the setup.  I have a samsung s10.  Any suggestions as to how to fix when i am not allowed to remove it?   Thanks!

that doesn't look right to me. Can you please confirm where did you get the device from? Keep in mind that in the device was purchased in Japan, some apps and features will be only available in the language where the phone was manufactured.

My S8 does the same thing. But it used to display in English, so there has to be a way to fix it.
