Hi , my note 9 is a few months old now and I have noticed it randomly only vibrates when I recieve a message on messenger or WhatsApp, I've took it to the samsung walk in centre, where they flashed the software and re installed the latest update, but the fault is still there , .
I then took it back and they spent all of 2 minutes on it, saying they couldn't find a problem , I suppose that's the problem with an intermittent fault . So now I'm here , wondering if anyone else has had the same fault and if the managed to fix it ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
