Galaxy Note 9 storage issue

I have a Galaxy Note 9 and I downloaded the whole series of skins UK and watched it all then deleted it, went to my gallery and emptied the trash and the storage is still being taken up but other screenshots and such are being deleted. I judt updated my phone too hoping that would help but it didn't. I have looked through all my files and they episode are not there but just taking up all my storage. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Try looking in your myfiles @Eggsftw1 

Try turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses clear the phone's system files caches although I'm not convinced this will help.

If all else fails back up, remove any relevant sd card and factory reset.
