Screen-wake Notification Push Under "Detailed" Mode

Hi all, anyone can help with the captioned issue? I am a fan of "Detailed" mode of notification, something kind of like the iPhone push, but if I select Detailed mode then how am I able to enable the notification push to wake up the screen when the phone is locked.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and has got a solution.
