Samsung today started rolling out one UI 4.0 android 12 to more devices like the S20 series and the Note 20 series.

I recomend backing up
Your phone before installation so if anything happens you do have a backup

What is saved when you make backup? I'll be happy if I restore from backup you don't need enter credentials etc and everything is in the place. Including settings.

My husband did this big update sometime ago on his S21. No issues encountered at all.

hi 

i have updated to the one UI 4 and now seem to be having issues with my phone, all app icons on the homescreen wont work and when one does it freezes the phone 

if I swipe up I can get access to working app icons then, but again it freezes after using one 

anyone experiencing this ?

Have you tried wiping the phone's cache and then repair apps?
