Hi have an issue with dual Sim model that wont recognise Sims unless Wi fi calling is enabled and in a Wifi zone. Sim2 unrecognised. Run diagnostics,& factory reset and been back to Samsung repairers ( who commented that as there is a slight mark on camera telephoto lens it invalids warranty claim). Had it returnd as £469 repair charge is unnaceptable to me when there are known issues with this Exynos 990 chip model (Snapdragon 865 model apparently work). Tested both sims ( seperate carriers) in another dual sims phone and they both work ( even had new replacement Sims).
Strange thing is that if sifi calling/ Wifi disabled). It will accept call on the other phone ( unrelated sim number)if that is off reports number unrecognised.
