Why is my Note 10 running of of battery

Have had my phone for about a year now, don't play any sort of game on it but have noticed it's starting to lose battery life quicker what's wrong can someone help explain please thanks

Hi I had the same issue, hardly used it even for a year and the battery was dying within 4hr maximum..really had no time to go the samsung store..when i went already my warranty was almost gone.but after checking the phone they said phone battery is working okay..

While I hardly use my phone outside as I am scared to use.as I can not even make necessary calls as the battery dies so quickly..
Really disappointed due to battery if this phone.

Hi @faizN , I'm guessing the store checked if all the software and apps were up to date. Did they also give you any insight and advice as to why the battery was going so quickly?
