Same here im getting the same it gets to 26% then goes belly up reboots then says contact samsung service center i hope they sort it out soon

A lot of users seems to be experiencing the same issue. A user suggested a workaround to use Smart Switch on your PC or Mac to update your firmware, and it seems to work. You can get Smart Switch here - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/app/smart-switch.

I gave that a go. Didn't work last night, hung around 65%, tried again just now and all good. Updated successfully
