UI 3 update, wifi not working

Galaxy Note10 Series

My phone updated to UI3 last night and since has not connected to the WiFi. I've turned the WiFi off and on. I've turned the phone off and on. I've "forgotten" and reconnected to the router.  Still no luck. Anyone else had this happen?

Try clearing system cache on your phone and reboot your router.

In addition you need to be connected to a PC via USB.

Success! It took me a while to wipe the cache and not nothing changed at first. I rebooted the router a few times to no avail. In the end I retried forgetting the network and reconnecting which finally did the job.
