I have a notification at the bottom of my phone that pops up every 10mins that says "try again later."

I cannot see what its linked, it did not appear in safe mode, i get it when im on wifi and mobile network, i reset my network connectivity and i have done all the troubleshooting problems samsung have told me to do. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

@Hizzer: If the issue didn't occur in Safe Mode then this suggests that it is stemming from a third party application that you have downloaded. Sadly it isn't possible to pinpoint exactly which app this is, therefore I recommend removing any external apps one at a time and monitoring the device, as a process of elimination. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Ive just been on a walk and i didnt get the message pop up when on my normal data connectivity.

I have a router that my mobile operator gave me as i dont get signal at my home and i noticed everytime my sinal went to zero i got the pop message, so maybe it could be related?
