Good day,
I am getting error 0x2c#9#100 (Server error occurred. Try again later) when trying to open Samsung Health app on my Note 20 Ultra with the following info:
Model info: SM-N985F/DS
UAE
Android Ver 13
Open UI 5.1
kernel ver 4.19.87-27103109
Knox Ver 3.9
Current Country of residence: Turkey (the country not the bird)
Now, I have tried the following unsuccessfully:
1. Signed out of Samsung account on the phone
2. Force stopped Samsung Health app and cleared Cache and App Data
3. Logged info the Health app where it asked me for my Samsung account credentials.
4. After entering them, got the exact same error.
So any idea how to proceed? I could not find any Knox related settings on my phone, nor the com.samsung.klmsagent anywhere.
I haven't removed Knox/KLMS before, but, I DID have Norton 360 installed.
Is this service (Health) blocked in Turkey?
Please DO NOT suggest factory resetting the phone because it is disgraceful. Everybody can say this

I have the same error on my brand new S25 Ultra... However, because this is my first Android handset and because I am extremely concerned about security, I purchase the Pro edition of NetGuard firewall and set it to show all apps and then disabled anything that wasn't obviously needed.
My handset has behaved perfectly since I did this - until I tried to use Samsung Health - when I got this error. I'm pretty sure that it relates to the fact that one or more of the packages I've blocked is trying to access the internet, so now I figure I just need to look at the firewall logs to figure out which one - and then grant access to that package and try again.
You don't say if you have a firewall deployed on your device... but I suspect you do. If you see this reply - conscious it has been almost a year and nobody else bothered to reply - maybe you can answer and say whether or not you have a firewall running?
