Touch screen issue

it happens to me when i use a case with magnetic back. remove the case and try again, if still have the issue contact service support

The phone case isn't the issue it appears there is a slight crack in the screens bottom left corner. would this really impact on the upper portion of the screen?

Although the crack itself may not have a direct impact, the cause of it might. There could be damage underneath.
