Hello, Facing weird issue with my note 20 ultra mobile. Getting 2 green line in my mobile screen.

This has happend all of sudden without any damage to phone.

This is not an acceptable issue with such costly mobile. Please change screen or repair it at any cost.

Update [28th Dec] - Starting to see 3rd line which is purple in color now.

You need to contact Samsung customer service to book a repair. Unfortunately electronic devices eventually need to be repaired.

Hi @Arpit28

Try run diagnostics under app

Other thing to try is to open phones dialer type in *#0*# tap on 3 top colours and see if lines disappear if not it's hardware related issue and need a repair.

Also few things you can try is to start phone into safe mode and see if there's 3rd party apps who might cause issues:

Please note: Phone is out of 2 years manufacturer's warranty, so you would need pay for repair, or consider upgrading your device.

Are you based in India? Maybe the members on the Indian forum could give you more advice? This is the UK forum but your local forum might be able to recommend a more cost effective repair? Just a thought.

Thanks for replying. None of the above worked.

Does out of warranty give companies right to put issues like this in customers phone ? I purchased phone for 1.05 Lakh INR. Screen replacement cost is also not nominal - it is around 20-25K INR.

This is a problem seen by many other brand and many model of samsung - so it is definetly problem caused due to faulty hardware. Don't see any reason for doing it only for phone under warranty but no otherwise.

Samsung should own this problem, and fix screen for every customer facing this issue.
