👋 Have you tried dial *#0*# into your telephone keypad, select Red, Green and Blue from the series of options and check to see if the problem persists. If it does then I recommend visiting a Support Centre near you to arrange an engineers inspection (you can check for your nearest one below), or contact Samsung Support in your region for further assistance.
