Note10+ latest update have UI serious bugs

I installed latest software update to my Note10+ today. (Feb 14 2020)

whenever I open a popup-view (no matter what) the buttons (home,back and recent apps) stop working comletely.
also the icons on the home screen and the main menu take 2-3 seconds to appear and sometimes the icons on the home screen never appears again.

I tried to wipe the cache partition but the issue is still there.

 

any one is facing this same problem? what should I do??

If this does not clear up soon I'd suggest the following @NooraChan 

 

1. Turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache.

 

If no joy then.....

 

2. Back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.

You're lucky that's all it did. I had the offer the air update that month and it put my galaxy note 10 plus 5g into boot loop can't even turn it off. It's been stuck ever since.

I'm not against update , but I do prefer to have control over when I want to apply them because I would've liked to have backed up my phone before that happened.
