Since my Note 10+ updated last week I have had nothing but trouble.  All my notifications and personalised settings have been changed.  Random apps are sending me notification (some in the night) which I never had before.  I have reset many of them but the options don't seem to be there anymore . Can anyone suggest a way in which I can get my notifications back to how they were?

Go to Settings >Notifications >Included Apps.

You should see that since the update, ALL of your apps are now set to notify you.

Turn off All Apps and then scroll through and turn any ones you want on. That should sort it.
