August firmware update failed.

For those of you who are experiencing difficulties with an error during updating this might help. It worked fine for me. Download the smart switch PC/Mac software from https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/app/smart-switch

Install the software, connect your phone to your computer and the software will automatically detect an update. Just follow the instructions and it will install the update. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately I don't have a Windows PC anymore, Chromebook only here 😞
Bit disappointed it's not fixed yet, many many people have reported this to Samsung in the last 24 hours.
