direct download from settings seems broken, but I have successfully installed via sammobile download and installed via Odin 3 V3.14

Thanks that a great work around, Samsung need to do a better job first time round and not wait for users to highlight their short comings

They're not infallible. I'm sure Samsung are working on a fix.
