Does it support the N78 5G band since that's what my carrier Vodafone UK will be using?
I've searched everywhere on Google but can't find any answers for the UK version and whether it supports N78 band, anyone know?

Yes it will work. All UK devices have to use n78 for 5G as that is the standard.

All UK networks use N78 (3400mhz) except Three who due to their spectrum holdings also have N77 (3600 - 4000mhz) the Note 10 can support mmwave as the US Note 10 received an update to support it there is currently no plans for UK networks to support mmwave the next frequency that the UK will use is 700mhz but it isn't due to be auctioned off by Ofcom until next year
