Try plugging your phone into your PC/Mac and updating the firmware using Smart Switch - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/app/smart-switch

my partner and I both encountered the same issue on our note 10+ 5G. Samsung, is there any guidance?. We don't have a pc to use as an alternative to update

i did not find heart rate in my note 10 plus why??? i have inn my old samsung s8 but not inn new phone note 10 plus is this very advanced phone but not worth 😑
