Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted. What happens when you try to send or receive text messages? Do your messages have under 160 characters when you attempt to send them? Can you make or receive phone calls? Does this happen if you use a different sim card?

Does the sim card work in a different device, @bobmaggie? Have you got in touch with your Network Provider to find out if there's any restrictions on your Network plan? Also, have you tried using a different sim card?

May I please ask a few questions.
1. Where did you get the phone from ?
2. Is your Network Sim Card activated and have you recently ported from one Network to another ?
3. Can you try your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination.
4. If your Network has an app check any relevant bars.
5. If your using a Hybrid Dual Sim variant then try your sim card in the other slot.
6. Check your network masts via any relevant online link to see if issues exist where you are or is this happening everywhere ?
