Have been three time with Technical support Ireland to collect my Samsung galaxy note ultra 20 but issue remain same. Three time they said item will be collected by UPP but no one is coming to collect. Two weeks are gone. Don't know what to do next. Very disappointed by Samsung.

Have they explained to you what's causing the delay @Members_81Cx17b ?
Is there a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre nearby you could go to ?
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
