This is just a quick question for all Samsung Note 10 users. I have just been upgraded from the Note 9 to the Note 10 and I think it was a bad idea, as the screen quality on the Note 10 compared to my old Note 9 is very poo , whenever I'm trying to watch a film all you can see is the pixels moving all over the screen. Had anyone else noticed this flaw in a new updated phone.

Have you checked Settings->Display->Screen Resolution?
Also have a look at Settings->Advanced features->Video enhancer.

Personally I haven't @muzza
I use the best available resolution when I'm using YouTube too.
Where are you getting your films from ? It could be the source that's the issue here ! Maybe.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Yeah I've done all of that. And the site that I watch the films of is moviebox pro. Never had no problems when I was watching them on my note 9. Same film same site ,just that the new note 10 is poorer quality than my old Note 9.
