HELP! I am so frustrated with this product that I am about to move to Apple, despite the learning curve and significant differences.
Quite frequently, my phone will sign me out of the Samsung Account app that allows me to stay logged into my other secure apps. For example, I use Teams and Outlook. If the Samsung Account app is signed out, I cannot open Teams or Outlook without logging back into Samsung Account, then each of those other apps and following their 2-factor authentication.
I have restarted. I have cleared cache. I have updated permissions. I have logged in to my computer. Aside from doing a factory reset or throwing the phone out the window, I don't know what else to do.
I can't be the only one with this problem???

That's a conundrum @MarineMoM
What is suggest as a starting point is to put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps etc and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens with your login.

Same thing happening here. Granted, I have a super old GS5 but all other apps work fine. Samsung account logs me out at least once a day. Frustrating

I’m having this same issue, ever since I shut it off of Xfinity it doesn’t work and will not let me factory reset
