Note 9 unstable connectivity

When I lock my phone my data disconnects  and I have to toggle airplane  mode to get it to come back. I've been searching for a solution but so far nothing has fixed it.

@Idkmang: Are you using a specific application when this issue occurs? If so please go to Settings > Apps > Select the relevant app > Mobile Data > Allow Background Data Usage. Let me know if you notice an improvement.

It's  all the time, even in safe mode.
