Note 9 Fast Charging Issue

Hi guys.

When ever I plug my charger in my Note 9 it shows fast charging but after 1 second it disconnect by its on and then start to charge again but shows cable charging is it be a cable or adapter issue.

my phone has suddenly started to only slow charge aswell can this be fixed

I believe this is a software issue, try using the cable on a pc the pc won't discover the phone all its going to do is say phone charging, I just bought an anker charger to see and I tried the charger on another Samsung device it works it says fast charging but as soon as I use the note 9 it doesn't say fast charging it simply says charging
