Note 20 ultra failed to go off the alarm while it's charging.

Hi. I have not 20 ultra and it's keeps failing to go off the alarm while it's on charge.  Any tips might help? Thanks

@Melantha Hello, try clearing the cache and data of the Clock app. To do this, go to Settings / Applications and look for the Clock app, in storage, clear cache and data and check. Greetings.

It may need a new screen if it is not working while charging

It's been short it out. It needed factory reseting 🙏
