Note 20 apps crashing

i have a note 20 and since yesterday most of my apps arent opening at all or they do then crash and I get this come up 

I dont know what to do I'm close to just chucking the phone out the window, I've cleared the cache on the apps I've done soft reset nothing works. Please help

@keara Hello, if your problem still persists, try these steps. Go to Settings / Applications and look for the Android System Webview App. In its options, in the three points on the top-right, perform Uninstall updates and restart the phone. On startup, update the Android System Webview app manually from the Play Store and check. Greeting.
