So, I went to Verizon website and saw that 5G is in my city. Yet found out its not compatible with my 5G phone? When is Samsung going to fix this issue? I would love to get what I paid for, 5G service! I was told samsung hasn't released an update for the phone. Verizon is waiting on them!

The network's choose which 5G spectrum to use and then its down to them to supply phone's that will run their particular 5G band and frequency.
If a person buys a phone separately then its5down to the buyer to ensure the phone they buy has the frequency and bands included to run on their chosen mobile network.

On a side note 5G is nice for faster downloads of files but as it does not improve actual surfing speeds on the phone personally I'm not overly bothered for 5G where I am in the UK.
I'm on Payg i.e Pre Pay so 5G isn't available to me yet.
