My phone won't to the home WiFi , I've done all the usual checks but still nothing currently using my data package and I've done usual checks with home WiFi but still nothing HELP

@nina160177  Have you had a go at removing your home Wi-Fi from your phone and then re-entering the details? You can forget a network by heading to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the settings cog next to your home network > Forget. Then, head back to Wi-Fi > Select your network from Available networks > Re-enter your password to get reconnected.

A soft reset is also a great step to try, this gives your software a refresh and usually helps most connectivity issues. You'll just need to hold your Power and Volume Down keys together until you see the Samsung logo to do this.

Already done this and resetted my WiFi and resetted the connections on phone still getting intermittence
