My Phone is unable to connect with SPen

Air Commands do not work as I can't connect my phone with the Spen Via app. 

The phone has always worked with no issues and has no damages that could cause.

I have tried some tricks except hard reset.

Has anyone faced similar situation and know the fix?

No idea, gonna try that. I noticed, that when I put Bluetooth on while charging it does not happen...
