Anyone else whos charging time goes up when connecting to a powerbank?

My charging time goes from 1,5 hour to 6 hours in 10 secs when i connect my phone to a powerbank. Anyone else?

Which powerbank do you have? And did you already try using another cable in combination with this powerbank?
