My note 10+ crashing and restarting

Hello, my phone has been repeatedly crashing and restarting to the point that it's unusable now. I had to write this post in 5 attempts to use the browser. 

I wiped the cache memory, reset app preferences and everything I could, literally! Nothing works.

Please tell me what to do?

@Shafee: Can you try restarting the phone in Safe Mode and monitoring the performance for a few hours. If it doesn't freeze/restart during this time then the issue is likely to be stemming from a third party app, in which case I recommend restarting the phone as you would normally and removing any recently installed apps.

To proceed, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode > With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off.
