Hello 👋 @Anonymous User
First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
Try putting the phone into Safe Mode and go through the update process again > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
You can reach out to Samsung directly via the feedback option in the Samsung Members App.
Let's hope a Factory reset is not required.
May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
