Is it possible to exchange the Ear Buds I received for the Note 20 Ultra promotion for a different color?

I received the Note 20 Ultra (Bronze) two weeks ago and it arrived with the Ear Buds at no extra cost as part of the promotion.

I would like to exchange the Ear Buds in bronze for either the ones in white or black.

Is that possible?  I'm posting here because of that 'Sammy' virtual assistant.

Hi Dave! Unfortunately, that's not possible. The terms of the offer only gives the option for a bronze set of Galaxy Buds Live. I hope you'll still enjoy your bundle, though!

I want to do the same. Bronze doesnt fit me at all... Really, Samsung manages so good to irritate customers... At least try to match the phone color that was bought.
