Hello,

Earlier today my note 9 started repeatedly restarting itself every few minutes its done this in the past as well but only once at a time. This time it was like 6 times in a row albeit with a few minutes in between each time. It didnt show any signs of stopping so I opened recovery mode and repaired apps and cleared cache partition in an attempt to fix this. I also disabled fingerprint unlock. It didnt solve the problem unfortunately but now instead of restarting it just shuts it self down randomly, no buzz or vibration, just black screens. I can turn it back on fine but it just shuts down again after a few minutes.

Anyone know what kind of issue this is and if it can be resolved? It shouldnt be a battery issue, the phone apparently charges fine.

So after factory resetting my note 9 worked for some days then the crashing started, when it restarted and i went to setting in device care i saw red on battery and app saying an app is crashing repeatedly,so i checked the app and found it is Instagram that is causing it,i went and uninstalled it now I'm not seeing that issue, looks like latest Instagram update is the culprit but i need to give it more time to see if truly that is the problem
