Hi all have anyone had this issue before the microphone has stopped working on voice calls but works on video call please help

not personally. It would suggest another app is interfering with the priorities of the microphone.
I personally suggest doing a full back up using smart switch, then do a full system reset on yiur ohone to see if the problem persists. then add apps one by one. If adding a particular app causes the problem to recur, then that app is tge problem

If they don't help then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
