Dogo authentication

All of a sudden qhen I click a link whether it be from different emails for different sites I've used before and have their app or to totally new links, instead of going straight to that page or link. It now opens another page with dogo on it, with dogo movies etc on. But it asks for my parental authentication by my fingerprint then goes to another page where I have to choose a picture of some random icons, it says to choose the correct 1 before I can go to the link I want. Sometimes it will go to it but sometimes it just says refused over and over. I'm really confused where this has come from. I'm not sure if it came from an update or what. But I'd like to remove it. I've gone into apps etc and can't find it anywhere. If anyone can help I'd be very grateful. Thank you in advance.

@Shazza2310: I recommend restarting your phone in Safe mode, as this will disable all third party apps and help to determine if the problem is stemming from an external source. 

To enter Safe mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode.

With Safe mode active, try clicking on a link in an app which can still be accessed, to see if the issue persists. If you find that you're no longer redirected, then please restart your phone as you would normally and uninstall any apps that you have added to the device since you first encountered the issue. It won't be possible to determine exactly which app is at fault, therefore we recommend approaching this via a process of elimination.
