Changing service provider software from Argentina to UK.

High all, yip am back. Having chatted with Samsung UK on Twitter it has been advised I need to change my service provider from Argentina (ARO) to the UK and one I have found is BTC. 

Or any from the list above. Please can I ask if this can be done at zero cost and by a no knowledge user without causing the device being bricked or non usable?

To change CSC you either need:-
Root
Or
Unlocked Bootloader

There used to be a tool provided by samKEY but that cost money for credits and I'm not sure if it still works.

I think with any method if you're not confident there will always be risk of bricking, be careful and good luck!
