Stuck on Android 9 - September 2019 Patch - ROM/ROM/SMP

Hey guys! I have a Note10+ 5G (which I've recently got a hold of) and it's stuck on Android 9 Pie and One UI 1.5 - The Security Patch level is September 2019 and although I know updates can land on different dates based on various factors, I feel that having a 1 year old Security patch on a one year old phone is definitely something that's not supposed to be happening.

Tried to look for updates via Software Update;

via Security Policy updates

via Smart Switch on my PC

none can find more recent updates. The Service Provider SW ver. is ROM/ROM/SMP (Which I'm assuming means Romania, which is where I'm living in.)

I'm lost and don't know what to do. Help!

Salut! Telefonul este nou? probabil nu este model european? încearcă și ia legătura ***** cei de la Samsung România și poate iti vor spune ei mai multe, din câte știu răspund destul de repede. versiunea pe care o ai acum este destul de veche.

Do you have a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre you can visit ?

The only other option is a custom rom.
