Can't restore or backup

Why can't I backup or restore my music on Samsung music app from my other phone does everything else but not this and I've tried to but Samsung music doesn't have anything to do this???? Please help

Ah well there is a big difference in phones as its from s24 ultra to galaxy note 9 but I thought would just be a simple thing as the music is saved on my Samsung music app on my other phone
