Restoring notes

So can you tell me how to restore/retrieve my notes. So basically I tried update my note app but accidentally deleted it instead and now my notes are all gone I tried installing it back and looking for back ups and luckily I found some OLD notes that was from my old phone but they're not my important ones I tried syncing the note app with my Email and looked for deleted files but still can't find anything. PLEASE HELP ME RESTORE THEM.

It sounds like that you weren't backing up your newer note's, if you had old backups with old note's then you should have a newer backup if you were backing up regularly.

Unfortunately not, if there was no backup and you deleted them, one last thing, have you checked your recycle bin within the notes app?

What if I go to the technician will he be able to retrieve them for me? Hopefully
