My WiFi and Bluetooth toggles won't turn on when I click on them. I've tried safe mode, updating software, turning phone on and off, the lot but still nothing! I really want to avoid factory resetting.
I did and I didn't... I tried everything suggested for over a week. Finally gave in and did a factory reset. Unfortunately you can't do a factory reset and set up the phone if the phone won't connect to WiFi. So it didn't work. I broke down and bought aGoogle Pixel 9. The day after I got the Pixel, I turned the Samsung back on and guess what? The stupid thing connected to WiFi and worked again. 😑 I decided to keep the Pixel because I don't trust the Samsung not to do the same thing again. So that's why I say it did and it didn't.
