Its just a Android Easter Egg that shows your wallpaper Material You colours, it's a feature not a bug don't worry

It's just a Easter Egg included in the software there's always different ones with each version of Android

I dont know I have a samsung galaxy j3 pro. On android 9 one ui 1.1 and I have this widget somehow I realized just now because I never used widgets idk pretty weird idk there is a Easter egg that was left since android 7
