WI-FI CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET

When I try to connect to Wi-Fi on my Galaxy A01 phone, I get the message, "CONNECTED, NO INTERNET".  My rommate's phone and home PC are connected to home Wi-Fi with no problems.  This is the first time I have tried to connect to Wi-Fi on this phone.  Date and time are on automatic so that is not the issue.  Tracfone support could not help me and my internet provider said it is not an issue with the modem.  

I am so frustrated with this issue.  Can anybody help me or suggest something I can do to fix this problem.

What phone do you have? And what software version?

Also check in case of a frequency issue.

As a point. I've noticed my particular Samsung TV can't connect to the 5GHz but can to the 2.4GHz band.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A01.  I believe it is android software version 12.
