When the backcamrra is used a crackling sound plays and zooms in & out Help pls?

Whenever the back camera is in use a lous crackling sound comes from the phone nearly vibrating and making it zoom in and out till you either zoom in or out yourself ?

Anyhelp I've tried soft restarting and updating but nothings is working

Have you tried go to settings > sounds and vibration > system sound > disable touch interactions. And see if that helps?

Yes there already off x I've tried turning video stabilisation off and clearing the cache but it doesn't seem to work , from the way it's only doing it until the focus is changed I'm guessing it's an ois issue ?? Any recommendations? Xx

Then yes, The lens is moving around. It's the optical image stabilization, who makes the sound, I've noticed from other members who are using A series they get more noise in camera while zooming etc compared to S series while I can hear some clicking noise really silent one on my s24 ultra while while switching lenses but it's barely noticeable unless I put my ear to it or get closer to camera.

It doesn't really sound like a vibration at all more like , yk when a wire is exposed and crackles? Similar to that xx

Is it happens only when you put your phone on silent or vibration mode as well?

Try go to camera settings and reset camera settings, also which model of A series you are using?
