We don't know for sure, but Q1 this year is the start of releases, starting with flagship models (S25, S24, S23, etc.). There have been no official announcements from samsung as of now

Lower-end phones (A series) may not arrive until the latter half of this year.

This question has been asked quite frequently and may be worth looking at in the forums.
