when does android 11 come for the galaxy a6?

I checked out when the update comes for samsung phones, but my phone, the galaxy a6 didnt have a release date. Does anyone know when it comes to the galaxy a6?

When it isnt mentioned on the update list, it wont get the update to android 11.
The Galaxy A6 released back in 2018 with Android 8 and got 2 Major-Updates (Android 9 & 10). It isnt part of the 3 years update plan from samsung, so it won't get any further updates, sry.

This is terrible and disappointing to  say the least. Now my company mandates use of devices with android 11 or higher and none of the internal apps work on my phone. 

Is there some place where we can give this as a feedback to Samsung? 
Its hard to trust now that the new phone I buy again in 3 years would be rendered worthless. Or if there was something special about A6+

If this is how its expected to be, I might as well consider switching away from samsung to someone who is more customer centered.
