what is the problem here?

hi all im wondering whats the problem here my phone is flickering black and sometimes when i have my phone on high to mid brightness it kinda darkens my screen and my adaptive brightness is off the flickering isnt that bad its just annoying and an eye sore what is the problem here guys? lcd apps or software malfunction even in safe mode it does that thank you in advance!
