What has happened to all my photos on this phone??.

Hi @hawkeyethenoo Have you checked your phone thoroughly. Have you searched in My Files as well as Google photos in addition to Samsung Gallery? Do you have syncronisation with One Drive set up? Are you photos not backed up anywhere else such as DropBox or local storage.
